I suggest not to insure your car from HDFC Ergo, very poor service. You need to take continues follow up to get your claim settled. Costumer support also very bad. If you want to talk with Surveyors, Claim officers you need to call at least 20 times, then your call will be accepted. My car was at service center almost 1 month. Therefore not insure your car through HDFC ergo.
