I think it is one of the worst car insurance company. Do not buy car insurance from HDFC Ergo. On my case they have reviewed the accident place and assured us that the claim will get approved as soon as possible. But we have got a claim rejection letter from them. There was 10+ eye witness of that accident incident. I am writing this based on my pathetic experience with them few months(July) back. My claim number was C230017085709(ARATI LAYEK).
I will switch my Car Insurance Company to something else but never be with HDFC ERGO in any case.
