HDFC ERGO got cancelled my policy without informing me and the balance amount was not refunded. Reason was, due to enter the previous policy number but I entered the correct one and I have checked with the previous insurance provider i.e. Reliance General insurance.
Faced a worst experience with HDFC ERGO. Even the customer service saying that, we sent you a letter that we are going to cancel the policy but I haven't received it. In these days who are communicating via letters, except the poor knowledge HDFC ERGO. And the cust.serv people can't do anything now. I suggest go for a reliance insurance or New India Assurance .
