Dear Mr. Samer Majali’

At the outset, I would like to express my hearty Congratulations on Gulf Air 60 th Anniversary

Indeed Gulf Air has risen to this glorious position by sheer determination on its commitment to be the aviation leader in gulf region thus marking tribute its founder Freddie Bosworth.

Wish you and your team successful years ahead.

Though it wouldn’t be appropriate to write to you, I’m appalled at your airline services in Indian sector inspite of writing several times to then CEO and the Customer Relation Manager and the assurance in rectifying the lapses followed especially in Mumbai –Bahrain route. I once again pen down on my recent experience with Gulfair addressing the issues to:-

Kind Attn: Ms. Kavita S. Al Jassim, Head of Customer Care & Service Monitoring

Ms. Ruth Birkin Director Customer Services

In my opinion, its lackadaisical approach by your team forgetting their prime responsibilities. I’m sure Indian sector has made prominent role in Gulf Air progress since 80’s which you should not forget. We do understand that the majority of the passengers are labour class working in Gulf region, but an Airline c’nt discriminate in its services as long as they are your passenger and they have paid for their air ticket.

The food served on this sector is pathetic. Gulf Air is only concentrating on cost reduction by slashing on basic services and compromising on passengers safety and wellbeing which are very critical in nature that an Airline has to offer to its passengers.

There is no menu variation since an year.

· The food is served cold.

· The very same inferior quality rice.

· Potato curry (Potato being half cooked)

· Kidney bean masala. Both these items are similar in color and taste.

· There is no presentation. Is this food lifted from a standard hotel or from any labor canteen?.
