We did on line booking for our To and Fro trip between Pune Airport and Shirdi on 16th and 18th of October, 2019. We were 5 adults and had booked 6 seater cab. Pick up from the airport @8.30am on 16th and 8 am pickup from the hotel in Shirdi on 18th. Our experience has been very positive on both the trips. Ertiga car was decent and ac in good condition. Drivers both ways were very professional and decent and were on time. Especially, the driver by name Mahesh was very disciplined, safe and soft spoken which we feel is very rare to find these days. Very transparent deal with all the details of pricing and final payments. The only area where they need to be more efficient is in handling the incoming calls....we had to try several times and wait for several minutes. On the whole our experience has been very positive and we don't hesitate to recommend Gozocabs ..
