Had booked their can from Delhi to Manali trip.
They gave the contract to a 3rd party vendor Ganga Cabs.
The worst service from this guy's.
The cab driver dropped us mid way at Chandigarh saying that something went wrong, but actually the driver knowingly dropped us at Chandigarh not due to cab broken. The contractor played the game here. He thought he would give an alternative arrangements, but was not able to provide and repeatedly asked for payment before completing the journey.
I then had to cancel their cab and book a Volvo from Chandigarh.
I don't know if someone faced this with them, but I did face this. It was a really pathetic condition for us as Chandigarh where we lost around 3hrs going here and there.
Worst service.
