Pathetic service. Review on Gozocabs

Its my true experience with Gozocabs I had booked the cabs for travelling a 25 km of journey fron my house to a tample, I had booked an scrpio, they shown me the time of cabs arrival to us at 4 pm in evening so are ready at 3 pm than I called the CS team they told me that cabs will come to you on time I was relaxed and waiting for its arrival it did not came on 4 pm I called the CS team again which is very slow they told me it will arrive in 20 minutes, its just a temple visit if it was an emergency than what can we do really bad service and on 4: 20 some other second hand car rather than scrpio had came I again call the CS team that I had booked an scrpio and what is it they start talking in very bad manner so I request them to cancel my trip they told me that we will not refund you at that time I got very angry and heat the car which they sendto us for picking us I reject that car its my worst experience woth GoZocabs they are fake only cheating custumers no proper service and CS support no travelling conviction I would suggest if you want a happy journy dont go for GOZOcabs
