Gozo the fraud company. Review on Gozocabs

Horrible service. You won’t reach ur destination on time and they will send an already troubled car. In short fraud company. We had horrible time with the cab. Had booked the cab for three days. Paid the money but cab was not working on second day. We asked the driver multiple times if the cab would be repaired the next day as we had flight he said don’t worry. Next day he went to mechanic the last moment we were getting late called him he said he would be coming and drop us on time. Came late told us car can’t pick up speed. We had already paid more than half the total money and all state taxes for three days. Still we had to book another cab on higher charge as we had no option. Customer care did not attebd even after half an hour. I complained on chat and they accused us of assaulting the driver. They were not willing to pay our money back. Despite booking another cab we were late due to the foolishness of driver and missed our flight. We lost more than double money. Plz don’t book with them they are fraud company
