After buying the lock on 14th sept' 2020 & informed through call centre for booking of technician for fixing of the lock .. from 15th Sept' 2020 till date despite talking to call centre executives n no. of times & despite assurance from them about technician visit no technician has visited till date .. Godrej is not a fly by night company but the dealing with customers is showcasing such a repute..
If this is the quality of service being provided from a company with very well established name then it is better to go for unbranded companies..............
