Glovve.com do not provide things as per commitment they do while booking. They will say something and do something. Mine experience while moving my household goods about their commitment and what they delivered resulted as under.
1.Commitment: Big vehicle to be provided.
Delivered: Small vehicle by literally stuffing in a dangerous way.I was told as, "That's how it works".
2.Commitment:Vehicle will reach on time.
Delivered:Instead of 2 PM came at 4 PM and said, "We were having lunch and aren't robots".
3.Commitment:All items will be packed including including TV, Fridge, Washing Machine, Cots etc.
Delivered:No packing material for TV, Fridge, Washing Machine, Cots not even glass items which resulted in scratches everywhere on my new Cot which can't be repaired. Even they scratched the floor and door of the new house and I had to spend lot of money on repair.
This company is highly unprofessional and those who are planning to use their service should avoid using this service.
