We had booked a cab from Mumbai to lonavala at 6 am in morning. The cab reached at 8 am. The driver phone no. shared was wrong. On checking with customer service, they told its your responsibilty to inform us. Terrible cab service.
There was no call from either driver or getmecab. When I called the driver after getting the updated no. of driver, we got to know that he has not left yet.
