I booked a Cab very recently on GetMeCab for an inter city travel in West Bengal from Kolkata to a place not far. The entire booking was done through WatsApp in the number provided through their website getmecab.com. I paid a certain advance amount as requested by them.

They deferred giving me the Cab & driver details till the last minute.

And the details were never shared and the CAB never came!

Till date, after repeated requests, they haven't refunded me the booking amount.
