I have used this service twice and both times the drivers were simply amazing. Always on time, very punctual and helping us around the city with best spots and places to be.
I chose:
Amritsr-Kasol-Delhi
Mumbai-Goa
Both times exceptional service. Not sure about other areas in India.
Only thing I would suggest them is to have an updated invoice with the drivers properly, in the end of the trip they are sometimes confused how much is the total cost(this is definately a problem from the company end while giving proper instructions)
But this is surely the most easy going service I have come across.
