Guaranteed job security; whether one works or not does not matter. Growth & prosperity assured without any work related efforts if you working in HR department.


Carrot of pay revision hanging; which is also encouraging influx of most inefficient personnel.


This Co is amongst very few surviving industries in Kolkata. Perfect suit for localities. Especially for whom career growth is not a matter of concern. Work completed or not is not a matter of concern but to leave office on time gives ample time for personal time commitment. When all other industry employees struggling for finding personal time, here you have all the liberty of free time and no major commitment.


Place to retire peacefully if can slightly habituate with the work culture.(Professionals! don’t ever try to fit with.)


Endless medical facility is added advantage which attracts people with sick mind and physic.


You will be fortunate to see closely the most ‘able’ HR department handled by ultimate disabled professionals, in the world.


Having joined the Co from premier engineering institute with lots of aspirations and having put years of hard work, it’s hurting to see how an org is being dragged towards grave by the hands of some inept HR managers.


By dispassionately handling people without contributing an ounce for their development with only focus of fulfilling personal interest – the HR manages has proven their unworthiness by all means. The objective of this department to push the morals of people to the cliffs is duly fulfilled.


Cases remain unresolved, legal merged with illegal as visible openly; ‘integrity’ which was once a glory is now a forbidden word in that very dept which is supposed to be the torch bearer for the whole organization. Unethical practices are prevailing desk to desk in that department in all possible means.


HR manager’s presence unseen otherwise except for organizing Top mgt sessions, training programs are nautanki & circus – who attends and what for no one knows. Development of people is not in agenda of HR. Self development is the only motive.


Employee motivation has been ripped off brutally through most indecent behavior and inhuman treatment by these managers who feel themselves as superpower. Financial inefficiency can still be recovered but this current HR team is determined to break the backbone of the org through de-capitalizing the human asset. Countless career lost people are desperately trying to move out and rest sticking in the satisfaction of rarest opportunity to work in home town.


HR team themselves do not exhibit team work; often criticizing peers, juniors and seniors to showcase self importance in front of others. Each trying to overpower their colleagues.


If West Bengal will lose yet another industry- not for political disturbance, not for financial weakness but for lack of real Human Resource.


It’s a shame for the HR fraternity.


HR Head's hands need to be strengthened with the managers who understands the subject; true to the organization and true to the Nation. Surprising how selection is happening in HR team in these dignified managerial roles or what linkage they have to get in without any ability. Situation was not as grim ever as now.


It’s highly essential to weed out these elements before they nail the coffin finally.


Pay revision should be applicable to the ones who served at least 2 years as on date of implementation.


Top Management – please be watchful before further damage done.


Rest of Industries - do rethink before offering jobs to these GRSE exited HR staffs, unless you want to sabotage your own organization.
