We are regular customers of GRT
Today we had been to Nanganallur branch of GRT to buy a ring. Around 7. P.m
We found odd to notice that sales man servicing us was impatient in showing the various varieties.
Finally we selected ring of 3.1 grams and price quoted was Rs.10889 Inclusive of 15.5%'sedaram'.
We just started the negotiation whether'sedaram' can befreezed at 12%.
Immediately the sales person took back the ring and said it can't be and his body language shows' this is the way out'
Everybody will agree that Price negotiation is part of any sale.
We are regular customer of of GRT. FOR THE PAST 25 YEARS.
Very annoyed with sales man behaviour.
This will definitely spoil the reputation of the GRT.
