I have visited frank ross of bhatpara branch and kankinara branch. Their attitude towards customers are very bad in kankinara branch. They see us like they are above us or something. Also when you enter their clinic, you will find that there is no mangement at all to control the public. Some people who have asked for medicine gets their order after 5 mins. While the other ones have to wait upto 30 mins just for their medicine. I dont know why they dont have the mangement to hadle public. Also they have little stocks of whatever medicine I ask for. They dont even have a common medicine named ANDROANGEN TABLES AND SERUM. I had to wait for about 5 days before they arranged for me.
