Went in for a scheduled spa and in the room I waited for 20 odd minutes after changing and be asked to lie face down.
After I rang the service bell incessantly they come and make tell me what they cannot provide services as I have vitiligo patches and it's harmful for me
I was shocked appalled and humiliated.
I've been to highend spas all over the world and have never ever been refused services.
