I had ordered a combo package for my wife on my anniversary. I never expected so horrible service and downgraded product. The cake I had ordered was from a local shop and was definitely not a fresh one.. Nobody even had that cake as it was hard and cream on cake was old. To my misery I had paid extra to change the cake from half kg to 1kg. The roses delivered were less in count and old. Had ordered a ceramic cup with our pics on it but quality of the cup and print on it was so cheap.. The print in fact was a kind of laminated pic on cup not the print on cup and also the print was hazy.. Don't know what to say.. Paid a premium price for third class products and service. I will never ever go for FNP sevice and strongly recommend all not to avail their service..
