Hi,
We have spent lakhs on a large piece of work - one of the locks keeps dropping out and would be repaired every 3 months. Finally we paid to get the whole lock mechanics replaced. As the part was not the exact size the technicians simply drilled an extra hole in the middle of the beautiful door handle to hold it in place.
The area manager has been moving this job week to week, month to month. After about 3 months the technicians showed up with a part that was the wrong size. Now Mr. Rajesh does not answer messages or pick up the telephone.
Good product spoiled with bad after sales service!
