Today I had taken a ride from Sriperambudur to mudichur road. First of all no message till last moment. Next I realize they have sent indigo instead of indica. The driver says he doesn't know the route. I knew only one of the routes and while on d way saw a shorter route.
I asked the driver but he purposefully said this will be longer and made me travel 32.3 km instead of 21 km. When I tried calling customer care all routes were busy and driver told me I will reduce 1 rs per km for indigo. Then when I saw the tariff later the diff was 2 rs. I am shocked with the cheap attitude of fast track and their vehicle drivers. Hope government takes action against such cabs. Fast track booking ID: 35037, 7th May. Vehicle no: TN22CS7466
