Terrible Driver and unresponsive customer care

Will never use the service because of the following terrible experience.

I booked a cab( was allocated veh no: TN18AA0464 innova) on 9th Feb from park town to airport at 5:30 pm. I booked for seven people with carrier( for luggage) and I was quoted a charge of Rs. 595. I live in a place where narrow streets are very common and kudos to the driver for coming all the way to out doorstep. After this, the experience was all downhill. The driver first quoted an extra charge of Rs. 150 for using the carrier apart from the Rs. 595 for boarding 7 people. The other option was to board only 4 people and use the last seats for loading the luggage. In that case he wont charge us the Rs.150 as we wont be loading anything on the carrier.( I specifically choose a car with carrier because we had luggage). When I informed him that while asking for a car for 7 people with carrier, the customer center didn't mention about Rs.150, to which he replied that I need to sort this out with the call center. I did and they insisted I shouldn't be paying Rs.150 for using the carrier but the driver didn't agree. Finally I gave up as there was no communication between the customer care and the driver. we boarded 4 people plus luggage in the boot and the rest 3 took a train which was a hassle.

Along the journey he complained a few time about the narrow streets and that he shouldn't have accepted the assignment in the first place. He was a bit rude all along. On asking whether we can turn on the AC, he said yes we can. When I tried to turn it on, he told me not to touch anything and ask him instead which I thought was a bit rude. He did turn on the AC. Seeing all this I called the customer care to complain about his attitude. For the first few tries they forwarded me to numbers which no body picked up. Finally on the fourth try somebody responded to my phone. While I narrated the whole episode, the driver parked the car on the road side and was not willing to driver further because we have complained about him.( I would like to mention that in this whole episode I didn't complain to the driver himself but to the customer care) After I called the customer care, they spoke to the driver but he didn't budge. Unfortunately my phone balance was very low and I couldn't call the customer care any more. The driver turned off the car.

He wasn't willing to go any further. This really pissed me off with his attitude. So we decided to disembark but he wont open the boot if we didn't pay him the full amount. In my mind he has crossed the threshold and I lost my cool. I started shouting and my mother intervened. Finally after a few minutes of chat with my mom and dad he agreed to drop us off at the airport.

I had took fast track a few time before to airport and I had never had any issues. But after this experience I would never ever take fast track. I would rather prefer our local taxi guy or book ola or uber. My family was visibly shocked as well and the occasion of saying good bye’s to near and dear ones turned out into a frantic and anxious one because of fast track.
