I have booked a cab on 27-01-2020 evening itself for going to chennai international Airport on 28-01-2020 at 6 AM from kodambakkam. While booking itself I repeatedly told for bigger vehicle since luggges are there.

But to my surprise they have sent smaller vehicle .From 5-45 AM to 6-45 AM i tried many times to Kodambakkam fast track no for alternate vehicle or two cabs but everybody took the phone and no alternative vehicle was sent.
You can check/trace your phone records if you want to rectify this problem in future .
I have got all SMS and OTP no's still with me.
Due to this poor response and service from your Fast track , Kodambakkam , my self and my family including friends decided not call or book Cab from fast track in future.
