I had a booked a Fast Track Cab in Bangalore during the XMAS holidays. I had requested a drop to the Bangalore City Station from my house in South Bangalore.
They had sent an SMS and confirmed the booking and also send the details of the driver. However at the appointed time the driver never turned up.
On calling up he casually said he would be late by an hour since he was held up in TRAFFIC! I called Fast Track Customer care many times and they gave all silly excuses and never made any effort to send another cab.
I finally had to rush and take and auto to the station and just reached at nick of time. These guys are highly unreliable and callous don't depend on them.
