Very worst service center. No one had common manners. Until we ask the question they are fine with us. Once we started asking questions to understand the problem they will answer rudely. Yesterday(27-MAY-2020) I have raised a complaint about the washing machine. As it is giving dE error. The service person visited my place after an hour. Initially, he did some cleaning on the backside of the machine and started. I and my wife had an experience of its running within 2 secs he did something and stopped working. When I asked he said it didn't start at all. When we started asking the question he started answering rudely. finally, he said he needs to take the front panel to the service center and check.

Before checking itself he coated 3200/-. I said to verify it and confirm. While leaving he asked for 1000/- advance. I have paid for it. He mentioned while giving the note for 1000/- those are all genuine Samsung spares and 1-year warranty, and if I make the decision and give at the time he can return and fix by next day i.e 28-MAY-2020 morning 10 to 11 AM. I said I m fine as he will bring it at 11 AM. He left home. The next day i.e 29-May I called him at 11:30 around to inquire about the timing. He said it is in testing and will get ready by 12:00 PM he said he will come by 12:30 or 1:00 PM. Again I called him at 1:30 PM as he is not turned up. At that time he started shouting at me even though I am asking calmly.

Finally, he came to the home at 3:30 PM and fixed it. The machine is running. I asked him what he changed, he said the door sensor and some ICU kind When he is giving the bill I asked for an itemized bill. He said he cannot give an itemized bill as the company informed not to give. When I asked about the warranty he is only one month if something happens in one month I have to call their service so that they will come and fix it. When I had a talk for itemized and warranty he started shouting and started saying if we don't need service he will take the part and leave the machine. When asking for the old one he said it can not be returned.

Finally, I am forced to pay the remaining amount. when I check the machine even when I open the door machine still running. I started asking about it he said this is how it will work as he directed the door sensor. Nothing informed about this direct connection to me earlier. I started asking questions on if he changed the sensor it should work as expected. He replied in a rude manner if I need the service he will keep it or he will take it and go. When I called the number given in the bill receipt to check the issues and report the behavior other side person replying in a very worst manner. No sense of service. I strongly not recommend this service. Please don't be another victim.
