Hi All,
I was cheated with the warranty clause after purchase while registering the product. When I wrote to its CEO after several follow-up with their Customer Care, their CEO was a dumb guy where he couldn't respond to my mail & forwards the same mail to the same person with whom I wasn't happy with her response. Funny but true.
On top of it, they're threatening me that they would take action on me if I write on social medium.

Sorry for writing this mail directly to you. We bought a Kitchenhood, TCG BF 60 NERO on 4th April. We requested the dealer to install after 15 days & it was installed on 19th, with S. No. CNE54S1161516878. We selected this particular model since the Dealer, as well as the website mentioned that the warranty for this model is LTW(15 Years) & Value Back Benefit was applicable. But it was shocking to see that the warranty card had a sticker stuck covering the previous warranty clause as 1 year & your website also mentions the warranty as 1 year which was earlier LTW. Also VBB is no where mentioned now, which was there earlier. The warranty registration number is YQM16113682. If this was the case, I would've selected some other brand with a better warranty period. So, I requested your support to issue me a certificate/mail confirming LTW(15 Years) & VBB. If that is not possible, I asked them to take back the product & return my money.
After receiving an unsatisfactory response(trail mail) stating the warranty was only 1 year & no change in warranty clause over years, I wasn't convinced why sticker was used in the warranty card. After few more reminders, I was taken in a conference call & they couldn't understand what I meant & asked me to provide them the scanned copies of bill & warranty card. I've provided the same 4 days earlier & I'm yet to get a response for the same.
Request you to take this up & do the needful since I've lost the integrity of your Organisation with your support people who have the repeating the same story covering the reality. Please refer my attached scanned files, especially the Warranty Card-2 file.

Hi All,
As discussed in the conference call last week, find attached the Bill & Warranty Card with sticker.
The last file(warranty card 2), reveals the older words which are covered with Sticker. Hi-life Kichenhoods are under 1 yr warranty in row-2 & rest of the models are covered under life time warranty(15 years from the date of purchase) under row-1.
If your warranty clause remains the same over years, could you please let me know why sticker was used.
