I bought an elektra kitchen chimney which worked all right for a year. After the warranty got over, the people who had installed it made me do an AMC with them. But when the chimney switch was not working, they charged for it. Then one of the motors stopped working and they even refusedto take my call. On calling the company people in Pune, they said that Kolkata branch is shut . Now I do not know what to do.
