This was my first experience with drivezy and that was totally worsted trip I ever had.


I was booked i10 grand without fuel on 25th Jan 2019 11 pm night to 27th Jan 2019 11 am from viman nagar outlet and my PNR No was 3609324035 they provide us the un-maintained car we just reached mahableshwar suddenly car broke down some kind of noise is coming from the engine.


We had call local mechanic for this problem he sad this is a engine failure this car is not maintained properly and for repairing 02 days required we directly called the drivezy customer care and they said I need to repair this car or towing back from mahableshwar to Pune they aren't capable of any kind of backup support or replacement and they provide me viman nagar outlet team leader number that person is complete dump person he don't know any policy about drivezy he directly said you have to pay towing charge and repairing charge but I don't understand why I need to pay this was not my mistake if some kind mechanical failure is coming this was technical problem not by driver and so how can I pay for this due to this all things our 3 days plan has destroyed and too much mentally harassment due to not proper customer support.


We had broken down vehicle at 11.00 am around and till that time to evening 5 pm they don't have solution about this problem finally after too much mental torture we decided to tow the vehicle and return back to Pune then we reached at viman nagar outlet point team leader not available there and outlet person check the vehicle and cleared this is a mechanical failure not by my mistake and after clarification they asking for 9999 /- rs repairing charge I don't know how can they ask for this about and drivezy team leader not picking up our phone call and he is instructed to his staff to and the ride and add all charges and asking for my sign I am directly refuse for signing and they make a not Customer end the ride without sign and next yesterday 27.01.19 they send me an invoice on my email and on drivezy and there is showing 11587.10 /- rs pending amount.


This kind of unprofessional and worst service I never had before


Now I am going to consumer court for this and if I found guilty then I will pay otherwise drivezy need to pay me my trip coast towing charge harassment charge and everything that I expense there.


This is my suggestion for all don't book self-rent cars from drivezy if you want too trip experience.
