I had horrible experience with drivezy , vehicle condition was pathetic , vehicle never ready when we arrive , cleaning starts when client comes so 15-20 mins are already delayed there .
Also fuel penalty charges are levied as per their policies which are not customer centric . depot managers are not knowledgeable and don't give detailed information to clients .
I had mailed 2 weeks back for overcharged fuel penalty charges taken from me which there has not been single point of communication from their end .
Absolutely pathetic and unprofessional team for customers experience.
I strongly advise not to use their services to avoid mental harassment like what i went through .
