I have been a user of both 9663 and 1B60 for more than ten years. To my great disappointment I have discovered that the 9663 is not to be found anywhere in the EU and the 1B60 has been changed! The pattern/fit is no longer the same; they used to fit my calf perfectly but now they are way too loose and can not be tied tight enough to fit comfortably. Also the material has been changed and bears a lot resemblance to fake leather. They are rubbery and stiff.
The 9663 I wore for more than 6 years every day but eventually they gave up and I got the 1B60. The zipper broke after less than 2 years and rendered the boot useless...
Beware customers! The "Dr. Martens" are not as they used to be, and return shipment is on you! Cheers!
