Rujuta Divekar, The author of "Don't lose your mind, lose your weight"changed my way of thinking about health and diet.


I understood lot of things such as by just eating good and eating at right time in a day you can lose your weight.


This book gives you information about how much protien, carbs, fats our body actually needs.


I enjoyed this book as language used by author is simple and effective as well. I started following this book and almost lost 3 kg weight with little bit exercise and without any extra additive, without falling sick.


Now, I don't need any doctor, I am just following principles mentioned in this book
