Is Artificial sweetener good or bad? Does it help? I am avoiding pastries, non-veg, high calorie food etc. But still I am not loosing weight. I am craving to have sweets since I am dieting. What would be the best time to have sweets as I am not able to avoid it. I have all the above questions in mind. Couldn't get answers. Until I go this book. Its written in simple language with practical case studies etc.


I strongly recommend this to people who want to lead a healthy life, diabetics, people who want to shed weight etc. Apart from this the Indian food habits are mostly around high starch based food. This book gives clear guidance on how and when to choose the right food.
