It took over a year for the producers/directors to research this crap that was already an old film. In the end the good not great cinematogrpahy and acting could not save a film with such HUGELY embaressing flaws. God! are indian directors idiots or what!

+Acting is excellent from leading and supporting cast +Camerawork is excellent.

-Background music is typical synthesized junk..When will more indian films start using a real ORCHESTRA for their movies not synthesized shyt. -Action sequeces are laughably bady...its 2004 not 1975. Khakee was horrible 2! CMON bollywood will NEVER compare to hollywood with these small 4-6 Million Dollar films! -Music is NOT needed and hinders the film. -Lastly, there were SOOOOOO many flaws the audience I was watching the film with in Toronto were laughing and half of them left the theater.

-Why does the GREATEST ESCAPE ever take place in broad daylight when the guards, etc. can clearly see 23 men escaping or know something fishy is going on?

-When KK knows of their escape routes why dosent he stop them at one of them?

-Why do all the Pakistani soldiers and officers speak in Hindi. They are even shown counting in Hindi. God people dont speak hindi in Pakistan...they speak Urdu!

-In one part of the film they show the Bullet Enfield (an Indian motorbike) on the roads of Pakistan. Early in the movie, a Pakistan guard recognises a matchbox of Indian make. Amazingly, not one of them manages to notice the bike.

-Why does Akshay roam in Pak without disguise and good home-work to look like a Pakistani ?

-How he is not caught even after doing all kind of nuisances there. He is seen by a bunch of people who can identify him and help pak police to get his photo based on memory.

-Why does he leave his love affair and a girl whose father is killed and no-one to support her and in addition to her identity is announced in TV as a criminal?s companion. Wouldn?t be she caught after akshay leaves her ?

-WHY in the film... If 33 prisoners escape from a prison, the police, the national guard, the army and every other armed force would be on red alert. But even as the POWs make their way towards the Indo-Pak border, only three jeeps containing not more than 20 Pakistani soldiers chase them. No helicopters, no artillery support, nothing of the sort. Well this one is obvious...bollywood cannot afford to have all these planes, tanks, helicopters etc. Its just way to much money! The movie would end up costing a mind boggline 10 million dollars! (Laughs). -Lastly...Indian prisoners are wearing there same army uniform from 33 years...again a huge logical flaw!

Overall, a film I was highly looking forward 2 but alas another piece of junk out of bollywood.. What the hell are the film makers thinking...GOD have they put any damn research into their movies before they make them!!? I hope the audience laughs at this trash and the move flops miserablly. Again proves that indian film makers more often than not dont know what the hell their doing. Looks like a 2 year old made this film!
