I joined this company few time back for some part time income as i had some spare time and as per their advertisements one can earn around 17500-20000 per month easily of just 5-6 hours of daily work.
Although the pay scale looks attractive for a part time job but reality is totally different here are few points that I didn't liked about the company.
1) **Registration charges and software charges**: as you want to join the company.company itself charges you for registration fees of Rs. 3500/- and another 2500/-(for software charges) will be deducted on your first salary.
Which I think is too bad as why should a employee should pay the price of software which company made.
2) **Demo work**: Company gives you demo work for starter kit and there are around 900 entries which need to be done in 15 days time but when I started to work I found out only 150 entries are different rest all are same.
3) **Service**: They also charge 500 per month as service they provide on phone and believe me it isn't satisfactory at all.
After going through registration and all the details it took them 5 days just to get my use rid and password.which when I got was not activated and it took them another 7 days to activate.
OVERALL 12-13 DAYS TO START ACTUAL WORK
4) **Work Report**: I submitted the work in 7 days after sitting 10 hrs a day. Submitted 900 entries and was expecting 900*5=4500 rs. (5 rs per entry) But it took them another 11 days to generate my work report on which basis i should get paid.
5) **Payment terms**: after I got work report I was shocked to see that I was calculated to get only 1100/- for my work.
As they found 42 errors in 900 entries which is 95% accuracy but they said they have checked only 250 entries so the accuracy is 42/250= 82% which i found highly incorrect as they had checked every entry and field.
And I will be paid with 1.5 Rs/entry And the problem doesn't end here..they said I owe them 2500 for software charges so 2500-1100 = 1300 I should submit to get new work.
Now someone tell me why i should work with them again after going through all this pain and wasting 70 hrs. And recently I found out that most of the staff of the company has left as even they didn't got their salary.
So guys please be careful of such misleading companies how are in market to earn money instead of giving employment.
So overall its just a fake company who is fooling people.
