Regret buying Daikin a/c.. HORRIBLE AFTER SALES

The problem with my A/C was that mother board had stopped working after 2 years of service!


So it would take 3-4 days for the new one to arrive


The service providers took the wrong identification number of the Airconditioner- which meant delay of more days


Worst thing is that you call those daikin people and they don't have the decency to pick up the phone and apologise for the stupidity done in the first place. A mistake that they as service providers SHOULD NOT be making in the first place


Note to Daikin:- if you can't please your current customers STOP SELLING and STOP MANUFACTURING
