Dear Sir / Madam,
I have purchased SAMSUNG REF FF 465L RT47T635ES vide Order Ref No. ID: SLA092030120253 on 18th Oct 2020.
I have been informed that I can pre-pone delivery by calling and then confirmed delivery to be done on 29-Oct-2020.
On 25th Oct 2020 I called crome customer care and asked for early delivery asap.
I have yet not got delivery and I have been informed that I will get delivery by 5th Nov, 2020
When I get the call from Croma and I said it is not acceptable they said store manager will call me back but nop one bothered to call back. I do not have contact details of them so helpless.
On Croma site also I could not found place for complaint.
