Bought 2 identical Lenovo slim laptops for my kids for their online classes. They started freezing from day 1. When I took hem too the same branch DLF Mall of India Sector 18 Noida, their manager was not ready to accept the responsibility despite seeing the lagging performance of both the items. They agreed to correct their mistake by repairing the same. Unsympathetic and to an extent, rude staff.
Better avoid. It's better they shut down such stores and sell them online. as it is, they will sell what they wish to, not what customer desire. You hardly get a positive feedback from them.
