I bought a refrigerator recently (2 Jan 2020) from this store. Sells person gave me wrong information about the product , while selling she said that it has convertible feature & when it was installed technician cleared that this model doesn't have the said feature. I tried to complaint about this but manager said that he believes her & such complaint can not be registered..so feeling cheated...Don't know why they were promoting aggressively Chinese brand 'Haier' even I was showing interest in other most trusted brands.
Hope this review will help in buying thing from CHROMA @ viman nagar store..
