I went to inquired about Samsung refrigerators. After gone through couple of displayed refrigerators I ended with one. They than tried to convince me to get it done thru HDFC Bank as I will be getting cash back of 10% and at zero interest rate. I initially agreed but when documentation got completed, I came to know that it is mentioned 17% per annum. Also I was amazed to see that the sales person at Croma Aditya mall, Indirapuram - Mr Asif, Mr Ishaan is attending multiple cudtomers and almost all of them were made to wait. I would say pathetic customer service with no value for customer time& money. Doing false commitment. Would recommend to never buy anything from this Croma store and never on installments.
