We got to know about a deal of get 5 appliances serviced from Croma. When we took the deal, we thought croma will be overlooking the whole process but they just gave us one card and told us to get in touch with the service guy ourselves. This was after we paid 1000/- for the services.
The service company was Zopper, which is another level worst. Every appliance they check they have to replace some part and get more money. What's more, they were not ready to return my laptop even after 4 days since I told them I am not interested in getting any part replaced or giving extra money for that. Bogus company I must say.
I am highly disappointed with Croma for integrating with such bogus company that loots the customers left and right.
