I visited croma for buying a 1 ton a/c for my home.After discussion it was decided that the store will send a hitachi technician for pre inspection of the site. Mr parth claimed he has booked an appointment. I have been waiting for over 40 hours and and no one has visited. THe so called technician after follow up informs no one has informed him and some one will cann me, that was yesterday.Croma has a policy of centralised numbers ie to say no showroom or employee numbers are shared ie to say more clearly you at the mercy of the system which is anti customer.
Unless the management wakes up and correct this'"cloud seeding"
and invisibility of numbers the stores will suffer heavily as loss of customers
