A hospital with very pathetic system or in other words with 'no system' at all.
One pitiful incident happened today.
Enquired about a doctor's availability at morning itself and hospital receptionist confirmed his consultation time as 3.00 - 5.00 PM. Reached hospital at right time and took token for the same doctor.
Waited so long infront of him.. there were no doctor, no nurse, not even an attender - An opened room and patients were waiting outside.
Went to reception and enquired whether he left already or any other issue. They confirmed again- 'doctor is there, will come to his room soon, Wait there !'.
Okay.. again started waiting.
At 5.15 PM, they called us to reception and informed the good news - 'Doctor is on LEAVE today and we got to know it now only (After his consultation time ?!!).
If you want to see the same doctor, you can come on next day(if and only if he is not on leave) else you can take Token for an available doctor ( with payment of 300Rs for new Doctor) '.
Wow. What an amazing system !
No value for our time, no seriousness about our illness , after all they don't care about anything happened and 'there is nothing we can do' attitude .
Dear hospital ,
We are not clients of a beauty parlour or shopping mall, we are Patients( with serious or minor illness ) and so called Clients of #COSMO !
Don't kill your loyal customers , please make a proper system first.
