One of thw worst hospitals I could ever comebto. I was reffwred by my friend who works there. Even after many attempts with this hospital, the services seem to be as bad a possible.
First thing to point out is your OPD. It has never improved. It keeps getting worse. Everytime you visit, things keep getting worse.
Secondly, the whole set of people are trained to just push off work from one to the other. None of them want work. Alk they are interested is to send you to a different department.
