I wanted to tell you all what is happening at Cogent Axis Bank and one of the worst Processes with Cogent to work with!


1.One such promotion is well-wisher Harish Rathinam who does do any work as an AM only but now I heard he becomes a manager, who is not capable of anything and not even knowing to do his basics.


2.If he likes someone then they become TL or QA or Trainer. At Axis, the IJP process is not followed ethically and only happened basis of favoritism of TL, AM, Managers, DGM, and GM.


3.Ranjit, Satish will never be in the office 70% of the time and along with them their PA Mr. Harish also will roam. But what Ranjit and Satish know is just to call and shout at Tl, AM while they are not on the floor and without knowing whats is the actual issue on the floor. But they will ensure their SPY people do their work correctly and pass on the information.


4.Mr. Ranjit-GM & Satish P in Axis bank is borrowed money from most of the support staff for his personal use and anyone not agreeing to give it will get targeted.


5.Now coming to RA, before the 2020 lockdown it was one of the best LOBs but after Harish took over he was never concerned about the agents and a lot of attrition, and first, he will never be in office. RA Process works majority in 9 to 6 and 10 to 7 and he is never been on time. Firstly, he will never be in office and never be on the floor to sort out employee issues. He will always be behind Ranjit and Satish and he has two P.A for him who is Chandra Shekar and Ravi Kiran to do all his work. Put him in other processes in Cogent as a manager and he can’t withstand as he can’t speak proper English and when RA process is 100% Hindi and he can’t speak Hindi as a Manager.


6.Mr. Ranjit is in a relationship with AM-Vidhya. Now let me tell you how she became an AM.


She was an agent who joined Cogently and then Mr. Ranjit promoted her as TL, and initially, he started to talk to her alone for hours together in a cabin which was evident and everyone knew about it. Post that they both started coming and going out together where the complete floor is aware and a lot of people have seen them. Apart from this she never comes to the office and even she comes it’s just half a day but her attendance will be marked as P. She neither do WFH effectively apart from this it is so evident that if she does not come, Ranjit also will be on leave, and if she logs out early he will also log out.


Also let me tell you the story of movement of two TL from Axis to other processes:


One guy and Vidhya were in a relationship and these few people on the floor knew but it never impacted the work and no one was bothered. However, Ranjit ad an eye for her and he kept observing her. So immediately in the name of performance, he was moved to another process though there are other TL who are poor in performance and still at Axis.


Now he felt his route was clear and started talking to her for hours together which slowly turned into a relationship. She was not reporting to the office for 15 days and suddenly a mail comes stating Vidhya is promoted as an AM and everyone is shocked within just one year promotion as TL and then she is got promoted as AM and everyone was aware it happened just because she was with him. How can someone become AM when the employee was not in the office? Is this the ethical way of IJP?


One girl had the guts to voice out her frustration through WhatsApp status and immediately she was moved to another process though she achieved her sales target in the last 2 months, wherein there are other TL with 50% who is not been sent.


If someone speaks against him or asks him he will shout at the top of his voice and say that he will take a final decision. I am completely in an agreement that as a Process GM he has all the rights to take decisions but I think it should be judicial and not partial.


Cogent might keep him thinking that he is generating revenue and billing but I don’t think the company should only see those aspects should also see a good leader. Also, you might think why was this not highlighted for so many days, we know and we have seen the fact that earlier how issues were handled and nothing has happened.


I hope this issue is not taken lightly and handled in a good manner so that Cogent can have good employees can stick around, I don’t think cogent depends on Ranjit to run Axis bank because I hope they would have done their BGV that he was terminated under POSH from Concentrix and surprisingly still Cogent has taken such employee and appointed as GM.
