I had an awful experience with Club Mahindra which claims to provide its travel services, not only had given anything as promised but also did harass me.
On the occasion of its anniversary, they made promises of many gift vouchers that were obviously all fake but to my utter dismay when I asked them to refund me for the cancellation of my membership which they again promised, never translated in positive response(refund). I am sick of nagging and dropping them mails for the same to which I am always responded with a promise of refund within 30 days. It's already been 5 months of waiting and still the same response. This is the snapshot of the mail that I receive every time they are asked to account for my money refund.
