I had delivered baby boy on 2nd dec at cloudnine, HRBR layout branch

, Banglore .from that our struggle is on with hospital.

Staff and mgmt is rude, impolite and they make sure you feel guilty

for being there.If you had preterm baby then staff, admin will make

sure you feel you have done biggest crime by delivering preterm.

if main doctors are not available then entire system is collapsed.

I had c-section within 10 days I have been to hospital due to severe appointment was not available and staff at front desk

didn't gave appointment and sent me back in pain saying you cant meet

dr., Admin, mgmt is not bother about training staff. Basic things like tissue you wont find outside and inside NICU even after you request. Paper cup at water dispenser are not available. One

steel glass will be kept on dispenser in weekends to save money.When I asked them to buy things from outside.Staff said admin had asked not to buy.

Worst experience in NICU. Initial days after my son was born on 2nd dec I was visiting NICU only once in day that too only for 10mins as I had trust on staff.Later on we started discovering problems.

• There was Lack of chairs in NICU we requested for 15days after that they got chair directly from waiting room without cleaning it.when we raised concern they said some story.There was no curtain in feeding room and when I have asked them.they asked me to adjust without curtain.For that even I have requested to many after they kept curtain.

• Staff coming in NICU to pick garbage, cleaning etc its same staff who will clean toilet at ground floor and then come to NICU. After cleaning with same hands they will bring reports or required stuff in


• Its just like normal ward were people walkin without washing hand even duty doctor. Rooms of hospital are very big but NICU is not having proper facility and trained staff who take care of kids We had multiple meeting with admin, mgmt with a intention of improving facility.Result was staff became rude towards us.If u ask anything they will tell we know our job.

If your child is in NICU, you cant be at peace. They wont be pay attention to alarms.Everything is normal even critical situation too.One day one kid heart beat monitor was off for 30mins and no body bothered it.By god grace nothing happened. List of major incident happened with my son On 25th dec, his heart beat was fluctuating and nurse told its normal.It lead to situation where his lung collapsed and started bleeding

• His warmer wasnt working manytimes. On his last day too warmer was off and he was completely numb.Duty doctor and nurses were relax with this.

• Canola wasnt proper and fluid was on

• Nurse forced him to have milk which got stuck and when I asked duty dr to check he didnt pay attention and nurse told we will take care.It wasnt taken care for 10hours till I got worried

• His hearbeat and saturation was going down .It wasn’t taken care for 45 mins till I force to call doctor on 16th jan His pick line came out and no one noticed it. CPAP was not connected properly for long and when I asked staff scolded me for asking questions HFNC connector was not proper it was tangled in neck on 17th jan humanity is missing, if child is crying they wont pay attention if you

ask them they will tell its good sign he is normal.

• Basic hygine was missing in all context.His diaper wasn’t change for 3 hours when I asked nurse she said we are changing in every hour though I was in NICU for 4 hours.

• Feed, medicine will be missed frequently due to lack of staff In 5days i.e 7th feb to 11 feb 3kids lost their life and 4 kids got infected within a day.

I lost my son on 11th feb.I cant bring him back. He landed up in that situation due negligence of staff.
