I booked tickets through Citibank a few days back.When I check now, I see that the debited amount is back in my account.When I contacted customer support, they said the merchant didn't complete the transaction from their end and hence the money is back in my account.
Now I have tickets with me for which, I didn't in effect pay for.
The customer care of the flight service said the booking status is confirmed.
Worst thing is the transaction marked as earmarked is not shown in my account statement anymore.How do I say that I got the tickets after paying for them now?I don't have a record that I paid for them because they were earmarked by Citibank.
