I would like to share my experiences and views regarding Citibank. I was totally discouraged and disheartened by their customer service. I have opened my account in this bank 1 year ago and 2 weeks before, I want to change my address in my account and want to get new ATM and internet banking also. I have given the accountant , ID proof and address proof of my new address but after 2 weeks also, neither the address could not be changed nor ATM card is given to me.
