Citibank believes in cheating its customers.It has enforced closure of my Savings Account without giving me advance notice on the closure of bank account.They offer credit cards to defaulters without doing the background check and when it comes to closure of the account, they are the most process driven company.There were few cheque bounces in my account during March, 19 and April, 19 predominantly because I had not received my salary as I was on the notice board.Citibank debited my account for the ECS bounce and even went ahead in order to get my account closed. I have requested for a serious action to result against Citibank.
