I had have Home Depot card and have stopped using card for several month. I had paid my final bill as of June and after trying to use card again recently September I get a call saying my card has a 112 late fee charges. After calling and speaking to 2 reps from the Tennessee office Dave(who was rude and would interrupt me) and Richard they said it was my fault for not using there online service to check constantly for any extra charges. I only owed$1.99 and it wasn't until I finally decided to use my card again and was not able to, do I get a call about having 4 late fees and in order to use my card had to pay there late fees. If I would have never used my card again I would have never known of them charging me for something I am not even using. There service is lousy and are more than happy to take money and not help out in anything.
