I was trying to close the credit card of citi bank, I have given the total amount of cheque and dropped into nearest Citi bank ATM. Cheque has been bounced and they were saying there was not suficient balance in the account.But How would I know that I dont have suficient balance. One should tell me or should get some notification. Then again they have charged for cheque bounce+ late payment+ some extra charge were there. I was on call for more than 1 hour with them, still no resolution I got. The request number they have given me was not exist when I have called again to customer care.


One another story old card was expired so they have issued new card and went to m old address, did not receive any call or notification that new card has been issued. There are many issues like this. This is 100 year old bank, it they are not satisfying their customer we should boycott it.


Citi back is worst, pathetic, service is disgusting. Do not deal with this bank.
